It feels good to eat well (and healthy)
Good health ultimately always comes back to good food, what you put into your GIT (gastrointestinal tract). Breakfast
 
2 poached eggs
2 cups of lightly stir fried spinach
1/2 avocado
Coffee with cream
Lunch
 
1/2 cup tuna
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 cup of roasted beetroot
1 cup of blanched green beans
Tea or coffee with cream
Dinner
 
Lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup bean sprouts
2 cups organic chicken stock
1/4 cup chopped coriander
Snack
 
1fruit
or 1 small handful of raw nuts
