MOVEMENT -12.15 pm 35 min brisk walk – steps for the day =8746

PREP WORK – a very simple day of food, using up the leftovers from yesterday

MORNING – start with a Bullet proof coffee


MEAL 1


11.10am Veg Frittata -Add the left over sautéed cabbage, cauly and broccolini to a quiche pan. mix together 4 eggs with100g mascarpone cheese, paprika, sage and salt and pepper to taste. pour over vegetables , top with a few shavings of Parmesan cheese and bake for 25 mins in 180 c oven. serve with ½ avocado










MEAL 2


5.20pm – Lamb salad – Mix salad leaves with carrot, spring onion, pepitas. Warm left over slow cooked lamb from yesterday, place in center of salad, top with Greek yogurt and drizzle over olive oil mixed with Dijon mustard













· Meals were made easy today with the use of left overs in a totally different way from which they were first cooked

· Eggs are the most versatile food there is, packed full of protein, good fats, vitamins A, B5, B12, B2, D, E, K, B6, zinc, calcium, folate, Selenium, Phosphorus.

· Fish time tomorrow, always try to fit in at least 3 servings of fish per week
