Day 3 3rd January


MOVEMENT -7.30pm pm 35 min brisk walk – steps for the day =7652

LIFE - still using the food I bought for over Christmas, obviously bought to much!.

PREP WORK – have to use up this smoked salmon, it always goes best with eggs


MORNING – start with a Bullet proof coffee


MEAL 1


10.50am - Seed crackers topped with a mix of Tuna, capers, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, mayo and olive oil. Then topped with avocado. The seed crackers I make are basi


cally from The Pioppi Diet book, I always double the quantity, because everybody who comes to my house loves them, but I add 1 tablespoon of Nigella seeds ( a good healing seed)and 1 tablespoon of Hemp flour ( the highest fiber content in a flour 68% fiber).








MEAL 2


5.30pm – Chicken wings – massage olive oil in to wings then top with your favorite herbs and spices, I added, powdered - paprika, ginger, onion, chili, + liquid – coconut aminos and a little maple syrup. rub evenly all over chicken wings and bake in a preheated 180*c oven for 35 – 40 minutes, turn half way through.


Asian cucumber – slice cucumber with a veg peeler, make a marinade of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, fish sauce and a little tabasco






· The Pioppi diet book has some great recipes in it , These crackers are by far the best I have tasted, a nice bit of crunch. I only added the Nigella seeds and Hemp flour to add more fibre to my diet seen that I have removed grain for most of the time (don’t want to get constipated!!!!)

· I am using up what I have bought over the Christmas period, so if I’m repeating , sorry, waste not want not

· As you may have realized I basically have 2 bloggs going for 365 days, this one,365 days food, which is all my meals and prep ideals and 365 days of blogging which each day I hope to teach everybody something about health, ranging from how the GIT works to avocado’s to how and why we age. I may get up on my high horse every now and again but I am very passionate about my work and health of my patients and the world in general. I will be as honest as I am allowed without being stopped, read between my lines

ps. most of my powdered or dried herbs I have done myself with my dehydrator, that includes onion and garlic powder (yes you guessed it a post is coming)
