Removing Sugar & Staying Sweet

 This is the second part of the whole program "program 2" in this 4 weeks we analyse sugar, why we eat it, why we crave it and can we still eat sweet things and stay healthy. Are your or some one you care for, blood sugars starting to rise or you just want help in lowering your symptoms of diabetes.

*the programs do lead on from one another, program 1 through to program 12, but you can jump in when  we reach a program suited to you.

Eating wholefoods is the core of healthy living and  intention for you at this point is to simplify the process. It's time to stat thinking about eating food to nourish the body not just to eat out of habit or to just feel full!

Week 1

  • what is sugar and what is it good for?

  • Principals in lowering the set point

  • Micro-nutrient - Vitamin B1 Thiamin

  • Kitchen - cloud bread, the many uses

  •  choice of 3 menus to follow - sugar free, sugar free ketogenic & sugar free vegetarian ( +fish)

Week 2

  • 10 signs your body does not like sugar, hidden sugars

  • Goal setting - the importance in knowing what you want

  • Micronutrient - Phosphorus

  • Kitchen - zoodles 3 different sauces

  • choice of 3 menus to follow - sugar free, sugar free ketogenic & sugar free vegetarian ( +fish)

Week 3 

  • alternatives to sugar, the good , the bad and the ugly

  • Quality,quantity & choices, for good health

  • Micronutrient - Amino Acids - Glycine & Arginine

  • Kitchen - Sweet breakfasts - Burher muesli or chocolate omelettes

  • choice of 3 menus to follow - sugar free, sugar free ketogenic & sugar free vegetarian ( +fish)

Week 4

  • T2DM- is it just from eating sugar, the different forms of diabetes

  • Food appreciation - look - feel - taste - digest

  • Micronutrient - chromium

  • Kitchen - cookies & cakes to die for without the guilt

  • choice of 3 menus to follow - sugar free, sugar free ketogenic & sugar free vegetarian ( +fish)
