MOVEMENT - 8.10 movement of Monday = 7289 steps

PREP WORK – Make bolognese sauce for parmigiana

MORNING – start with butter in my coffee x2


11.55 – Oven baked mushrooms, tomatoes,

spinach, bocconcini, pepitas, topped with poached eggs, fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper


6.10 – Eggplant Parmigiana

-recipe will be in recipe section from mid-February


·*The eggplant Parmigiana has a few different procedures and I usually make enough to freeze a bit for a future meal

* Of course I used my home made sauce we made the other day, recipe is in the main blog section, for 365 blogs for health
